| Paul J. Grist, Director and Co-Founder of the Company Mr. Grist is experienced in mining investments and is a business entrepreneur. Mr. Grist was first exposed to gold mining at age five, while living with his father in an exploration camp in Brazil. Since this time, Mr. Grist has traveled the world visiting mining operations and gaining valuable hands-on experience. Mr. Grist was co-founder and major shareholder of Ascendant Copper Corporation. Mr. Grist has served as Chairman, President and Director of Ascendant Holdings Ltd. (Bermuda Stock Exchange: AHH) from April 2001 to date and co-founder and President of Ascendant Exploration S.A. from February 1999 to date. |
