| Anthony F. Ciali, President & CEO and a Director Mr. Ciali is a senior mining executive with over 27 years experience, principally obtained with the Consolidated Gold Fields Group and Monarch Resources Limited, in all management, operational, financial and public company reporting aspects of companies engaged in international mining and exploration activities. Mr. Ciali's experience includes arranging over US$200 million to finance the development of five gold mines in North and South America, utilizing gold loans, equity, debt and lease financing. Mr. Ciali has been involved with bankable feasibility studies with major engineering firms, establishing and overall responsibility for international exploration programs and negotiating the acquisition of mineral properties, including joint ventures and lease purchase option agreements. Mr. Ciali has previously listed a company on The Toronto Stock Exchange and had overall responsibility for the regulatory and reporting requirements of companies listed in Canada, the UK and the USA. Mr. Ciali earned a B.SC. Mechanical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Business Administration and obtained a CPA license in New York State (no longer active) while working for Price Waterhouse. |
