| John E. Bolaños, General Manager - Ecuador Mr. Bolaños has over 17 years experience in the mining industry, all of which has been involved in exploration programs in Ecuador. Mr. Bolaños began his mining career working as the Ecuadorian counterpart for the British Geological Survey in geological mapping and economic geology of Ecuador's mineral districts. Subsequently, Mr. Bolaños worked for several junior mining companies with activities in Ecuador. Mr. Bolaños is fluent in both Spanish and English. Mr. Bolaños earned a Masters Degree in Mining Geology (M. Sc.) from the Camborne School of Mines in the UK and an undergraduate degree in geological engineering from the Central University in Ecuador. |
